Garden of the Gods, a touristy location for most, but if you live here in the Springs you should definitely take advantage of the local attractions. I hadn't been here since July when we came here to house hunt, that was six months ago. I will definitely be visiting Garden of the Gods more often. It's great when you just want to get out of the house, but don't want to spend money or get the kids out of the house. There is so much to see, many trails, you will not be able to take it all in during one trip. My daughter and I took advantage of the nice weather today and visited part of the park we hadn't been to before.

I could not choose just one, I actually wanted to share more than these two...haha! We went to the trail that is near our neighborhood so that I could photograph the sunset. The kids like to run around there. It was nice to get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors, it's been pretty cold lately. Anyway, Layla stopped running for a minute and I wanted to get a quick photograph, she wanted to catch up to her brother, this is the photo I got and she quickly ran away.
