We moved to Colorado four months ago, the hubby and I have been on the search to find an authentic Sushi restaurant. When we lived in Indiana we frequented Zuki's located in Evansville, IN so we have been comparing other places to it and nothing has held up. We finally found one not too far from us, AI Sushi! We attempted to go there once before, but it was during their closed time. They are open for lunch and then they close and open for dinner similar hours to Zuki's. We were pretty excited to finally go there today. We ordered Lobster Roll and King Crab Roll and they were delicious. Highly recommend if you are in the Colorado Springs area.
